And welcome Tom Sizemore as Capt. Fryer of Internal Affairs (and a very menacing one at that), and Lauren German as Officer Lori Weston, assigned by the governor to "babysit" Five-0."

To the locations:
- The Molokai2Oahu SUP championship showed several excellent scenes of the race in the Ka Iwi Channel that separates the two islands.
- The finish line was at Waimanalo Beach.
- We meet Officer Weston at the governor's office, but that may have been a stand-in.
- McGarrett and Weston beef over her new role in the parking area next to Iolani Palace, same place where Kono talks to Chin Ho (Daniel Dae Kim) about her troubles.
- Quick Shots: Diamond Head Road, Kahala side, and the Leeward Coast.
- Aliiolani Hale, aka Five-0 Headquarters in downtown Honolulu.
- Quick shots: Waikiki and the shallow reef off Kahala.
- A gimme: Manoa Valley where the parents' home is.
- The getaway car looks like it was ditched somewhere in Waialua, but definitely not Kamehameha Highway.
- Another gimme: The Wailana Coffee House, followed by a chase scene that ended at the entrance to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, corner of Kalia Road and Ala Moana Blvd.
- We're off to Lanai! The grocery store where the Five-0 team get the 411 on the cult they're tracking looks to be either the Pine Isle Market or Richard's Market. Any Lanai people out there?
- The Stables at Koele look to be where the shootout with the cult is. (Pictured: McGarrett on one of its denizens Photo: Norman Shapiro/CBS.)
- Quick Shots: The boat harbor at Sand Island, followed by a final Aliiolani Hale, where we watch Fryer strip Kono (Grace Park) of her badge...
